Blake Shelton says “there’ll probably be a little bit of trash talking” when he and his wife, Gwen Stefani, perform competing Vegas residencies. The country mainstay recently announced additional dates at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, and Stefani will take the stage at No Doubt’s run of shows at Sphere Las Vegas.
Shelton said in a recent interview with PEOPLE that it’ll “be interesting because I'll be in direct competition with my wife. I'm excited about that because I know there'll be probably a little bit of trash talking.”
Shelton announced his additional Vegas shows on Thursday (January 29), posting a video of himself riding a tractor down the Vegas strip. The newly-announced performance dates are set for May 6, 8, 9, 13, 15, 16, 21 and 24. Tickets will be available to the general public beginning at 10 a.m. PT on Friday (February 6). The spring dates add to an eight-show run Shelton previously announced for early 2026. He said in August 2025 that “we had so much fun earlier this year, I figured—why not do it again. This time we’re gonna do it more country, with more cocktails, and probably make a few more questionable decisions. Let’s go, Vegas.”
In October 2025, No Doubt — which includes Stefani, Tony Kanal, Tom Dumont and Adrian Young — announced their Sphere residency, slated for May 6 through May 16. Stefani said in a statement at the time that “the opportunity to create a show Sphere excites me in a new way. The venue is unique and modern and it opens up a whole new visual palette for us to be creative. Doing it with No Doubt feels like going back in time to relive our history, while also creating something new in a way we never could have imagined.”
Shelton and Stefani met in 2014, when they were both coaching on The Voice. They began dating the following year. Shelton popped the question in 2020, and the couple said “I do” in July 2021 on Shelton’s ranch in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. Shelton recently dismissed rumors that he and Stefani are spitting up after more than a decade together. He said in a previous interview with Entertainment Tonight, “if I could have a repeat of these past 10 years [together, that] would be perfect.”
