Beverly, Massachusetts, 01915, has been named as America's hottest ZIP code, according to Realtor.com.
The real estate listings website ranked the country's 10 hottest ZIP codes, many of which included "desirable suburban corridors" that can be purchased at surprising median listing prices.
"In 2025, Beverly, Massachusetts (ZIPΒ 01915) emerged as the nation's hottest ZIP code, capturing the top spot on Realtor.com's annual list," Realtor.com wrote of its top choice. "Located within the Boston metro area, Beverly combines coastal charm with relative affordability, attracting homebuyers eager to balance quality of life with proximity to a major economic hub. Though its median listing price reached $719,000 in June, more than $250,000 above the national norm, it remained nearly 16% below the Boston metro average."

Realtor.com said it weighed market demand and the pace of the market as its two aspects for compiling its list.
"The hottest areas are those that have high demand from buyers, in other words, lots of unique viewers per each property listed for sale, and fast-selling homes, an indicator of limited supply," Realtor.com wrote.
