The Queen is talking about that family summit that went down this morning!

The two hour summit went down in England this morning between Prince Charles, William and Harry, Queen Elizabeth, and reportedly Duchess Meghan phoned in from Canada, where she is with baby Archie.

The Queen, in part said after the summit, “My family and I are entirely supportive of Harry and Meghan’s desire to create a new life as a young family,” she continued. “Although we would have preferred them to remain full-time working Members of the Royal Family, we respect and understand their wish to live a more independent life as a family while remaining a valued part of my family.

“Harry and Meghan have made clear that they do not want to be reliant on public funds in their new lives." She went on to talk about how long these talks and the transition might take and what that might look like.
