The suspect is 74 year old Fred Hopkins. Authorities say they haven't been able to question Hopkins because he was injured in a fall during the shooting. What we know is that police were there to investigate a sexual assault on a foster child. Hopkins was not the suspect in that case, but police were looking for a 27 year old male.
